What makes up this project?

The Generator

My project is a white noise generator. The program will analyze noise and produce a white noise to cancel the sound out.
The main features of the project will be:

Audio input hardware (microphone)
Fast Fourier Transform/Waveform Viewer (Sound Analyzer)
Filtered white noise output

The Sound Analyzer will visually display which frequencies are most prominent from the target sound.
These frequencies can then be inputted into the Filter's GUI and increase the volume of them in the new white noise.
